Town Board Meeting 11/12/09

In a brazen move the leader of the Reinback Gang showed the residents who was boss. His gang pulled out thieir six shooters and shot down any hopes the residents had for a fair wind law. They claimed the law after passing through committee was not fair to the developer. Stay tuned in because it looks as though some of the conflicted gang of six may have shot themselves in the foot. We will have to see if the New York Attorney General rides into town or lets the residents suffer the "Wrath of the Reinback Gang"

Cape Vincent, New York's Town Board Says

Can You Say "Conflict of Interest"

It's Simply a Matter of Ethics

Welcome to Cape Vincent, NY

Where Lake and River Meet

We are a group of concerned Cape Vincent property owners and tax payers. Our mission is to inform all land owners about the tremendous impacts an industrial utility scale wind project will bring to our area. We are also dedicated to seeing that the town governmental process concerning this project is ethical, legal, honest, and fair, and includes the input of ALL property owners.

Strategic Plan

We feel the Town's representatives are mandated to do what is right for the whole town, not for only a few residents and owe their allegiance to the Town's residents, not to the wind power developers. The Town has the responsibility to take the leadership role in all wind power development plans. WPEG is dedicated to achieving the important potential of Cape Vincent's Strategic Plan. Town Board Meetings

Attorney General Andrew Cuomo, "a waste of time" according to our town representatives!"

Town ignores Jefferson County Planning Suggestions

The previous videos are portions of Cape Vincent, NY town meetings. The content was selected to highlight our representatives reactions to citizens concerns regarding WIND POWER. Nothing was added or removed from the discussions. We simply cannot film and publish the entire meetings.

If you can explain how these videos are out of context in relation to the town's stance on approving over 150 "massive" wind towers at the gateway to the Thousand Islands, please send us a letter and we will publish it in it's entirety.

As a matter of fact, send us any letter (pro or con or both) and we will publish it on our voices page. Please be respectful in your submissions. Only letters with names and locations included in them will be posted to this site. Send these to:
